MILWAUKIE, Ore. -- Dozens protested outside of Concord Elementary School on Saturday, trying to convince the North Clackamas School District to keep the school open.
The superintendent recommended closing Concord as the best option in the face of continuing budget problems. Dozens of students, parents, teachers and friends hope they can convince the district to keep Concord open.

The superintendent plans to announce the final decision Dec. 12th. The school board will be meeting and listening to more community feedback on Wednesday, Dec. 4th.
