Fire damages Vancouver home

VANCOUVER, Wash. - Flames swept through a Vancouver home early Tuesday and firefighters said no one was home at the time.
However, a dog and two iguanas that were reported to be in the house have not been found. Neighbors said the homeowner, an elderly woman, has been gone for the past week.
Clark County Fire Department crews arrived at the home on NE 96th Street at about 6:30 a.m. Neighbors said flames from the fire were reaching 80 feet above the home.
The fire apparently started in an outbuilding on the property but the exact cause has not been determined.
