PORTLAND, Ore. - It's a restaurant the serves hundreds of people each night - mostly for free.

The CityTeam International facility on SE Grand Avenue in Portland has a mostly homeless clientele, but they are still subject to food safety inspections.

CityTeam managed a 73 score on their last inspection. Below 70 is failing.

Paul Watson with CityTeam told KATU News they welcome the scrutiny. He said the inspection came "between trainings" and that hurt their grade.
