On Thursday, KATU reported on a blind woman who said two cabs at Union Station wouldn't let her guide dog into the car. Not only is refusing to do so against city code, it's also against federal law. The Americans with Disabilities Act says you can take a service animal into any taxi. On Friday we met up with another blind woman and her guide dog expecting the worst.
