I-84 reopens in NE Oregon; ODOT urges caution

PENDLETON, Ore. — A 23-mile stretch of Interstate 84 near Pendleton in northeast Oregon reopened Wednesday morning after the Oregon Department of Transportation closed the freeway due to hazardous driving conditions.

ODOT urges drivers to be careful because some parts of the freeway are slick.

The highway was closed Tuesday night by fog and black ice that caused multiple crashes.
