'I'm glad she's out and I don't have to deal with it anymore'
GRESHAM, Ore. - A woman who wanted her life and home to be featured in a new reality show is getting kicked off some property in Gresham after being accused of being a squatter.
On Friday, a Multnomah County judge ruled that Denise Martin and her partner, Patrick McEachern, would need to get off the property immediately.
The home is owned by Joyce Enebo of Redmond, Oregon. She took Martin to court, saying the woman did not make payments and was basically 'squatting' at the residence.
"I'm relieved," Enebo said, adding that the battles with Martin put her in such financial trouble that she lost her home in Redmond and will now be moving back into the home that Martin was evicted from. "I'm glad she's out and I don't have to deal with it anymore."
Martin has denied being a squatter. She said she was starting a business at the property that would be centered on super gardens and their healthy benefits, and that she was hoping to make it onto the new reality TV show Lawn Wars that is planned for Country Music Television. The Oregonian reported that Martin and her partner had already made the first cut.
"I needed a property to land on," Martin told us when we talked to her a few weeks ago about the dispute. "I offered the owner $5,000."
Martin showed us a contract that stipulated she would pay $400 a month to the homeowner and then an almost $4,000 balloon payment. She said she had started paying the rent in June and only refused to stop paying once Enebo decided to have her evicted.
"She sent the police on August 13 saying I was a squatter, saying I was on the property illegally," Martin said. "She called 9-1-1 and sent them there."

But Enebo said the contract was bogus (that the wording had been changed after it was signed) and that Martin was supposed to pay her $5,000 up front. She said Martin even moved in before the deal was struck.
Martin told us that she has been in other landlord-tenant disputes in the past 20 years. But she said it was always the owners who broke the agreements after she improved their properties with landscaping and gardens. She is adamant that she is not a squatter and said she never has been.
Still, she and her partner, Patrick McEachern, will need to move out, according to the judge. It was a decision that did not sit well with McEachern, who created an outburst in court.
"You're a liar," he told Enebo. "You're going to get it from God. You know that? (unintelligible)"
Enebo said McEachern had claimed to be God in the past, which is why she then told him "you say you're God, so give it to me."
"I am," McEachern retorted. "You know what - you're going to jail for lying to the 9-1-1 people."

Joyce Enebo filed an FED action against me by filing paperwork saying it was a defunct rental agreement. Here is Wendy Burns saying otherwise two weeks into the deal http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rw8BN93DQf0
Â
And here is Joyce's text to me on August 12th - the day before she sent the police saying I was squatting illegally.Â
Â
"I still do not want my house back. If it not sold to you i have another buyer for both properties..i still pray you do get the money for ezekiels sake."
Â
Where is her buyer? Why does she pull disability benefits in Oregon when she has $200,000 in equity and can flit around the courtroom like a teenager?
@Denise Martin Your post did not add up to anything, you proved nothing. Anyone can chop up a video to support their argument and anyone can attempt to change an agreement in a contract. The judge ruled against you, you are a loser!Â
She will be lucky if she does not have to bulldoze and rebuild when these two finally get out.
Delusions of granduer:

LOL
Well.... If nothing else, it will give the police an opportunity for some training in dealing with suspects with mental health issues. Let's face it, a piece of paper likely isn't going to make them leave..... since one 'used to be' god and the other one is apparently a magnet for evil property owners. It likely will come down to law enforcement having to come serve and eviction notice.Â
Â
Hope Ms Enebo gets her property back in restorable condition. Especially since it's going to become her primary residence.Â
That looks like a fantastic property, beautiful house â too bad these losers are going to trash it before they finally move out someday, and it won't be "immediately" you can bank on that. Of course finances are the real reason I never got into owning properties to rent out, but I like to say it's because of arguments like this â you never know who you're dealing with until it's too late.
Renters from Hell!!!!!!!! And I'll bet the sheriff will have to come out 'sometime' after the eviction is supposed to be completed and forcibly remove her from the house. That, or she will totally trash the house, holes in walls, appliances stolen, the list can go on and on. I've seen houses trashed so bad that they may as well be burned down and start over. Most likely, the only liars here are the two squatters!
@flyingtime I know two people who have converted their rental units into sales contracts to the incumbent renters, just to get out from under them and out of the business for reasons just like this. Once you get a house go vacant, and somebody gets in there established and squatting, you can lose the house for many reasons. It's just not worth it anymore, and yet other people wonder why there aren't enough rentals on the market.
I seriously doubt that Enebo called 911. More like the sheriff was paid to serve the eviction notice. This was Martin's day in court to contest that eviction.
Â
Martin lost, but this story left out when the Judge said to vacate by. "Immedatly" isn't how the system works. A 72 hr notice is one option. If that was the vacate order the sheriff can be called out again if they are not gone Monday.
Koo-koo! Crazy for 'super-gardens!'
Â
I doubt they'll move out immediately, they're not done squatting. And who knows how much damage they'll do on their way out! The Sheriff should probably be there to make sure she doesn't do more crazy stuff.
These two have hair issues.
Occupiers. Take, take, take. Expect everything, earn nothing.
@Scotty9 These ain't Occupiers. These are bona-fide criminally crazy people and the pink/grey haired gal, Denise Martin, is a con artist with a history of schemes for over 20 years.
Holy cow, what a mess! Funny how she's been in disputes and it's always the other guy's fault. It's really frightening that there are people like that out there just... running around. Free-range Lunatics.
@AmiM And she's on the loose again, looking for her next victim! Sadly, I bet she finds one in less than 4 mos. What a bloodsucking leech.
That's a super garden? Â Wow, I'm a better landscaper than I thought. Â My weeds are greener than hers.
Both looks and sounds like the squatter and her boyfriend, God, have some serious mental health issues.
This b_tch is going down the road to do it again to someone else. These scumbags will no doubt trash what they can on their way off the property, they should be escorted out by the sheriff.Â
@swimbad Too bad she wasn't in the news before for her shenanigans. Might have saved Enobe a lot of trouble if she had known beforehand.
