PORTLAND, Ore. - The Portland Rose Festival is officially here - just in time for the holiday weekend.
On Friday, CityFair opened to the public at Tom McCall Waterfront Park in downtown Portland and folks were already showing up for the rides, the booths and of course, the food.
Admission is free Friday night and after that it'll be $5 to get in (for those 7 and older). Kids 6 and under, and military members, will get in for free. Buy a souvenir pin for $5 and you'll get unlimited admission.
