K-9 helps deputies find cocaine, 14 pounds of pot during traffic stop
PORTLAND, Ore. – Sheriff’s deputies arrested two Myrtle Creek, Ore. men during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 after a drug detecting K-9 named Spencer helped deputies find 14 pounds of marijuana and a half pound of cocaine in their SUV.
Multnomah County sheriff's deputies stopped a Toyota Tundra on I-84 eastbound at milepost 11 at around 5:20 p.m. on Friday. Spencer alerted the deputies of drugs in the SUV.
Deputies arrested Francisco Flores, 24, and Anthony George White, 29, on drug charges. Both suspects were taken to the Multnomah County Jail.
Deputies said the pair also had more than $32,000 in cash.

A Toyota Tundra is a pickup truck, not typically considered to be an Sport Utillity Vehicle (SUV).Â

Just checked the jail roster for MCSO and of 8 Franciso's in custody 6 have federal holds yet the POS of this story is not listed so tomorrows update will tell the story.
BTW: All of those with holds are the village idiots top candidates for the dream.......Look at the number of holds on those with mexican surnames, wonder if people are overreacting to illegals...NOT

What a good dog!! These drug traffickers need to quit doing the drugs themselves...especially when transporting. You would think they would obey the traffic laws if they're going to drive around with all their goods.

On another note a K9 dog was brought into a veterinary clinic with a heart rate of 240.
Police should release these guys with a public announcement that they gave a lot of help and information on other drug dealers and thank them for their help.
No one will ever find the bodies of these guys.
Watch 'em throw the White guy in jail and give Frisco a pass. Â
14 pounds of pot is a lot, and I don't have sympathy for coke traffickers.

@Playanekes14 pounds of pot is far from a lot, 14 pounds is nothing compared to what goes undetected. Every day there is thousands and thousands of pounds being brought in the the country from Mexico. Watch what goes on down in San Diego almost every day of the week, when a boat doesn't make it to shore the coast guard picks up loads of 20,000 lbs.or more just from one failed attempt.

Mexican drug lords don't make billions of $$ every year selling pot all over the US and that's why legalizing it would not take that money from them and keep it in our own country, right non-supporters of legalization?
