Unpaved Roads
Community news is available with space for kids to use a chalkboard at this bulletin board at the Intersection of SE 9th Avenue and Sherrett Streeet in Southeast Portland’s Sellwood neighborhood, This was built as part of City Repair Project, the Portland Bureau of Transportation’s partnership with a non-profit group to help residents use streets for community purposes. Portland Mayor Charlie Hales has asked the Transportation Bureau to explore a new project that would help neighborhoods use unpaved streets. Photo by Denver Igarta /Portland Bureau of Transportation
