The Oregon Department of Transportation reopened all lanes of Highway 6, the Wilson River Highway, eight miles west of Glenwood in the Tillamook State Forest after a mudslide blocked the road Wednesday afternoon.

Crews are flagging two-way traffic through the area, but drivers should expect delays, ODOT said.

Glenwood is west of Banks. According to ODOT, the slide is near the Browns Camp turnoff.

The agency estimates that about 300 to 400 yards of debris were on the highway, which it equates to about 40 dump truck loads.

Drivers should expect delays and ODOT urges them to avoid the area or use alternative routes such as U.S. 26 or highways 18 and 22.
