BRUSH PRAIRIE, Wash. – One person was killed and four others were injured Monday night in a head-on collision on State Route 503, according to Clark County Fire District No. 3.

The accident happened in the area of the 16300 block of SR 503. A total of five passengers were involved. Three were trapped in their vehicles and firefighters had to use heavy extrication equipment to free them.
