Saturday, May 26, 2012 was 'Bill Plympton Day' in the Rose City, in honor of a legendary Portland animator. There was music and hula hoops outside the Bagdad Theater in Southeast Portland before a screening of 'Adventures in Plymptoons!' - a film that celebrates the animator's life and work.
