Police: 3 injured in rollover crash; driver faces DUII charge

BEAVERTON, Ore. – Police said a man was driving under the influence when he crashed his BMW and injured two other people in Beaverton early Saturday morning.

Kyle Pritchard, 20, faces charges including DUII and assault (4th degree). Police said he was driving north on Highway 217 to Highway 26 when he lost control of the car and it rolled several times. The car came to rest on Barnes Road.

Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue crews pulled Pritchard and the two passengers out of the car and took them to a hospital. All three are expected to survive their injuries.

The names of the two passengers have not been released.

Pritchard was cited at the hospital, where he is recovering from his injuries.
