Police: Armed teens rob NE Portland store

PORTLAND, Ore. – Police are searching for two teenage boys who they said robbed a convenience store Tuesday night in Northeast Portland.

It happened just before 9 p.m. at the Cully Mini Mart, located at 4318 NE Cully Blvd., police said.

The store clerk told police two boys who appeared to be 16 or 17 years old entered the store and demanded money.

One of the boys was armed with a large shotgun, while the other had a large knife, police said.

The first suspect was described as a light-skinned boy who was 5’9’’ tall and wore all black clothing. He had a Halloween-type mask, police said.

The other suspect was described as a light-skinned boy who was 5’5’’ tall with a thin build. He also wore a Halloween-type mask.

Police searched the neighborhood, but could not find the suspects.
