Police: Man shot outside SE Portland home; 2 arrested

PORTLAND, Ore. – Police arrested two people after a shooting in Southeast Portland early Saturday morning.

Police said a man was shot several times outside a home in the 9200 block of Southeast Harrison Street at around 2:45 a.m.

The victim, 26-year-old Joshua Lockman, is expected to survive.

Witnesses told police that the suspects may be in a nearby home in the 2000 block of Southeast 92nd Avenue. Officers surrounded the home and made contact with the people inside.

Police said all of them came outside peacefully.

Police arrested Harold Hammick, 32, and Donald Green, Jr., 35. Hammick faces charges of assault and unlawful use of a weapon. Green faces charges of unlawful use of a weapon and felon in possession of a restricted weapon.
