PORTLAND, Ore. - A young man was arrested in Klamath Falls this week in connection with a 2011 deadly shooting in Portland.

In August of 2011, Vinesh Ram Prasad, 19, was gunned down at Northeast 119th and Sandy Boulevard. He died of a gunshot wound to his chest.

On Monday, officers in Klamath Falls arrested Shannon Anthony Lyons Jr., 18, in connection with the murder. Officers there were acting on a murder warrant out of Multnomah County.
