Police ask for help finding SE Portland shooting suspect
PORTLAND, Ore. – Police need help finding a suspect after a shooting Sunday night left one man injured in Southeast Portland.
Officers responded to a call of shots fired at about 9:15 p.m. at an apartment complex near SE 148th and Stark Street but did not find anyone who had been shot. They later learned the victim had been driven to a hospital.
The shooting victim, Justin Matthew Fennern, 23, had non-life threatening injuries, according to police. Paramedics later took him to another hospital for treatment.
Officers searched an apartment complex for the shooting suspect and any additional shooting victims but said no one was found. Police have not released a description of the suspect.
Police said Fennern lived in the complex where the shooting took place.
Police are asking that anyone who saw the shooting or has any information to contact the Portland Police Bureau.
Left every Citizen gather arms, Let them start shooting these jerks where they stand, Maybe once the Morgue starts to fill, then Crime will drop.
that part of Stark is turning into just another gutter for Portland's human waste
If I was a liberal, I'd say the only cure to the violence is more gun laws. But I'm not, and the cure?, there is no cure. So as long as the elitists, the mainstream media and an unfortunately large portion of society deny and dismiss the fact that we have been in a downward spiral for many years, the disrespect for life will continue. It's not PC to use the word 'values or morals' but those two words precisely describe what's rapidly disappearing from our lifestyles. Do I dare mention the decay of the 'American family' ?, oh well, here come the PC police...Â
@last boyscout You have no argument with me on this subject.
@last boyscout I could care less about the royal familly, they don't do any thing for the US or have jobs here in the US..Well, not that I know of ..
@last boyscout Which makes me wonder: Has katu.com covered the story of the NFL player whose gun caused him to murder his girlfriend and then to kill himself?  If it is here, I haven't seen it. Maybe it was here but got pulled or moved down the list. Got to cover the royal fambly, you know...
Â
Why are guns making people commit such vicious crimes? The guns I was around when I was a boy never once tried to get me to hurt anyone.
Yes Henry, it was on the main page Dec.1st with pictures. You really need to make sure of your statements before posting :( FYI...some of us are interested in news of the royal family.
@fracas What statements do I need to make sure of before posting? Are you referring to the questions I asked? But thanks for your concern.

BTW:Â Just what is the attraction of a family of welfare recipients who provide nothing of substance to society?
@HenryBowman We all know (those of us honest enough to admit it) that it's strictly a societal problem. I looked for the story briefly, no luck.Â
We need more laws.. that'll solve the problem. Criminals always respect & obey laws.
