Police ask for help finding 'Short Stack Bandit'

PORTLAND, Ore. – Portland police are asking for the public’s help identifying a bank robbery suspect known as the “Short Stack Bandit.”

Police say a federal grand jury has indicted Morgan Brice Williams, 25, and there is currently an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

Williams is a suspect in multiple Portland-area bank robberies since October of 2013.

His is described as a white or Hispanic man who is 5-foot-9 and 170 pounds. He has short, brown hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone who sees Williams should immediately call 911.
