Police detain boy, 17, accused of masturbating outside school
PORTLAND, Ore. – Police detained a 17-year-old boy who they said was exposing himself and masturbating outside a school Monday afternoon.
It happened at the Creative Science School at Southeast 92nd Avenue and Main Street at 12:30 p.m.
Police said while officers were on their way, a Good Samaritan followed the suspect and held him for police.
Officers detained the boy and took him home where someone could translate. He does not speak English.
Police released the boy to his parents and sent their reports to juvenile court.

Let's put this guy on the "Don't sell firearms to..." list for awhile because he seems to have poor impulse control and makes very bad decisions.Â
Although, technically-speaking he's giving them a Creation Science Schoolin' and figures they're doing it wrong. But they're not. This is called Sequencing taxonomy, friend. You don't just stampede for the clitoris.

The type of grip that the Good Samaritan had on the suspect might be something to question! There easily could have been a lot of smiles in that neighborhood today but we see that KATU may only be trying to show the dark side for suspenseful practicality. Â

Hopefully his parents or someone will explain to him what he did wrong. So he will not be tempted to do it again. I wonder how long he has been in this country, and does not speak English.  @JoLynnB78 News...  Well, depending on who saw what (someone HAD to have called it in to police and there was the person who followed him), parents might need to do some explaining to their children.  Imagine if your kid went to this school and came home after school with this, um, news.  You'd probably want to have all of the information you can get.  That equals newsworthy.
