Man whose death prompted police investigation died of drug overdose
PORTLAND, Ore. – A 65-year-old man whose death sparked a police investigation in North Portland died of a drug overdose, the state medical examiner said.
The man’s family called 911 just after 11 a.m. Sunday to report his death, police said. Medics called Portland police after they confirmed he was dead. The medical examiner and members of the Forensic Evidence Division were called to the home, located in the 4100 block of North Missouri Avenue.
Police identified the man as Robert Stephen Nobile. An autopsy on Monday revealed he died of a drug overdose.
Nobile was not home alone when he died, police said.

Please enlighten me on how my senior citizen disabled father who gets food assistance is taking from you after he worked for over 40 years paying into the Oregon welfare system? There are far more people on welfare who worked their backsides off to pay into it and now need assistance then there are actual welfare leeches.Â
