Police looking for driver who hit bicyclist in NE Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. – Police are looking for a driver who hit a bicyclist in Northeast Portland and took off Wednesday night.
Brian Lyons, 48, of Happy Valley, suffered non-life-threatening injuries after being hit at about 9 p.m., police said. He flew over the hood of the car and landed on the ground.
According to police, Lyons told them he was riding in the bike lane westbound on Weidler when the car turned into him and then drove off northbound on 104th Avenue.
Lyons was taken to the hospital.
Police said the car that hit Lyons is a four-door silver 2004 or 2005 Subaru or Honda hatchback with a tail or spoiler.
Anyone who has information about the incident is asked to call (503) 823-2103 and reference case number 12-87176.
Sounds like this happened at an intersection with the vehicle making a turn.
I wear an HD helmet cam when I ride. It catches everything and would have given the cops an HD video of the whole incident.
Subaru, I hate you!
@swimbad Because of course it's the car's fault!
@katiemcc  @swimbad You might be too young for my comment! I'm not wanting to put you down, but Subaru had a slogan yrs. ago and it went like this, "Subaru, I love you".
@swimbad  Ahh! I get it now. Sorry, I wasn't aware of that old slogan - I knew they are still talking about loving your Subaru but didn't relate that to your comment. Thank you for the clarification.
