Update: Police found Norris Newman safe and returned him to his care facility on Monday

PORTLAND, Ore. – Detectives are looking for a man who went missing from a S.E. Portland assisted care facility for the second time this month.
Norris Newman, 73, left on foot from the facility at 12700 S.E. Holgate St. early Monday morning.
Newman, who is white, is 5-feet-7, 180 pounds with thinning grey hair and brown eyes. He wears glasses and is missing all his teeth.
Newman suffers from mild dementia, among other things.
Security measures were in place to keep Newman from waking away, but police said he found a way to get around them.
