Police said this man burglarized a Southeast Portland house then went on a shopping spree with stolen credit and debit cards.

PORTLAND, Ore. – Crime Stoppers is offering a reward to catch two crooks who police said broke into a home, stole credit cards then used them at a nearby store.

The burglary happened sometime on March 29 or March 30. The homeowners returned home to their house near SE 89th and Cora on the evening of the 31st and found it ransacked, police said. The burglars took a credit and debit card.

The victims called their bank to cancel the cards but found they had been used the day before. Police said the suspects went on a shopping spree at a nearby Wal-Mart that was caught on security cameras.

One of the suspects is a white man with tattoos on both arms. Police said he entered the Wal-Mart twice; the first time he was wearing a red T-shirt with a “A” on the front, while the second time he was wearing a green flannel shirt.

The other suspect is also a white man who police said is shorter and thinner than his partner. The second man was wearing a black cap, red jacket and Converse shoes.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for anyone with information about this case that leads to an arrest.
