Police release sketch of suspect in deadly hit-and-run

PORTLAND, Ore. – Police are asking for the public’s help identifying and finding a suspect in a hit-and-run crash that killed a man in Southeast Portland.
The crash happened on Oct. 31 at around 9:30 p.m. at Southeast 71st Avenue and Powell Boulevard, police said.
Officers found 60-year-old David Charles Eklund at the scene. He was taken to a hospital where he died of his injuries.
The driver was described as a white man in his 30s or 40s with short, black hair. Witnesses said the suspect’s vehicle was a smaller black SUV.
Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest in the case. Police ask anyone with information to call 503-823-4357.
Hey isn't that Conan O'Brian?
I would encourage everyone out there to keep an eye out. This could be your neighbor, co-worker, friend's friend, etc. No, the sketch doesn't do much help but the car HAS to have some damage to it. That's exactly how the Burnside hit and run drunk driver was caught. Don't be one of the pathetic friends that trys to help cover it up and ends up in jail yourself, do the right thing here.
C'mon, turn yourself in. You'll only get 6 years (see story of the other gal that killed somebody while drunk and tried to flee the country)

Â
With that description matching 40% of the Portland area population and either one of the ugliest people on the planet or a terrible sketch, I don't see much evidence to point PPD in the right place.
Â
They could have a more vague description and lack of information, but I could not imagine it.
Â
Who does these sketches, I mean seriously!?
 @NiKnowZ Who nose?
 @Pointblank lol

So they're looking for one fugly dude.. This guy seems to have an "enhanced" case of ugly.
Shouldn't be too difficult to spot. I haven't seen a nose that thin since Michael Jackson passed.
