PORTLAND, Ore. – Portland police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing man who suffers from dementia.

Robert Hodges, 64, was reported missing from his care facility, located in the 14300 block of Southeast Main Street, on Sunday afternoon.

Police say Hodges has additional medical conditions and is considered vulnerable.

He is described six feet tall and 150 pounds. Police say he is bald, has brown eyes and is currently clean-shaven. Hodges was last seen wearing a white Nike jacket with red on the chest, striped red pajama bottoms and dark-colored flip-flops. He uses a walker.

Hodges was last seen on foot outside the care facility.

Anyone who sees Hodges or knows his location is asked not to approach him, but to call 911. Anyone with non-emergency information is asked to call Detective Mike Weinstein at 503-823-0446.
