Police found 60 marijuana plants, 83 Mason jars filled with processed marijuana and several bags of processed marijuana.
Whitehead is currently at the Polk County Jail with a bail of $107,500 as police continue to investigate the case.
idiot guess this stuff solved all his problems .now you don't think he intendedÂ
Yet another victim of the fascist police state.
Good job LE! He knew what he was doing was against the law. Now he pays and needs to be responsible. Until such time as it is legalized, it is against the law...plain and simple.
Â
Well readers. I guess you could say Whitehead got popped......... eeeeeeyyyaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pity
At least he used good packaging, nice labeling, very professional operation.
Welcome to the world of FELONY STUPID..... I have no sympathy... Mr. Zit
But Officer I am only growing for my friends who have Med cards. Just another in a long list of people who need to be taken out of this world.
that dude has one heck of a green thumb. dang shame our gubment gets it's priorities backwards all the time
This is against the law. Don't like the law? Then vote to change it. Until then if one violates the law they will have to face the consequences.
Â
Pretty simple concept.
Im glad the pot addict, drug pusher is in jail.
What an incredibly stupid waste of scarce resources to keep chasing after pot as a Schedule 1 drug, in the same category with meth, smack, and the worst-of-the-worst.Â
Â
My sheriff's department has better things to do - like busting the meth houses and their mules from south of the border.
Â
Full disclosure: I don't take drugs, I'm just fed up with the prison-industrial complex.
I gotta agree with you that the Schedule 1 for marijuana has long been a sticking point with me. How can you decriminalize a Schedule 1 drug? Probably never really earned that rating.
That looks like quite the buzz. I mean, just looking at it, I have the munchies....munchies, hahahaha
99 bottles of Pot on the wall, 99 bottles of Pot...
mmmm.. kief
He should get some credit during sentencing for not having used a plastic grocery bag to keep the stuff in. Although, it would have been better if he had used a reusable bag instead of paper.
It would be nice to see effort on behalf of police as big as this, yet concentrated towards other, more harsh illicit drugs, such as....oh, perhaps Meth? Herion? Crack? PCP?...
@citizen1 That requires work. The police take what they can get. Plus, they get much cooler pictures than if a guy had a little dinky bag of white powder.
Note to self, don't beat on woman when i have tons of dope in the house.
@Beergod A woman is not mentioned, it could be a male who was strangled, although unlikely.
@randomdude  @Beergod Whether a woman was mentioned or not, the "note to self" still stands as good advice.
