Police warn of man exposing himself to children in Northeast Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. – Police say they've received three reports in three weeks of a man exposing himself in front of children in Northeast Portland.

A white man ranging in age from 20 to 40 years old has approached children between the ages of 10 and 12 and exposed his genitals by opening his boxers or completely pulling them down, police say.

The man then flees.

The incidents have occurred at Northeast 36th Avenue and Klickitat Street, 37th Avenue and Failing Street, and 70th Avenue and Shaver Street, police say.

The suspect is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs between 170 to 185 pounds. He has dark brown hair, a scruffy face and was wearing a white T-shirt, blue or green boxer shorts and dirty old running shoes, police say.

Anyone who sees the man should call 911.
