PORTLAND, Ore. -- More than 5,000 customers in Southeast Portland lost power on Wednesday morning.
The outage was caused by a substation interruption. Power to the approximately 5,164 customers is expected to be restored around 1 p.m., officials said.
Just after 10 a.m., crews were dispatched to the affected area, which is east of Interstate 205 and south of Stark Street.
Pacific Power officials could not yet say what caused the interruption.
