VANCOUVER, Wash. – U.S. Marshals arrested a man who police said robbed, kidnapped and shot an Oregon man in Vancouver last month.

Pedro Godinez, Jr. was arrested in Grandview, Wash. It's unclear how authorities found him.

Police said on Nov. 28, Godinez and Joanna Speaks kidnapped the unidentified 37-year-old victim in East Vancouver and took him to an area near Vancouver Lake Park, where they robbed and shot him multiple times.

The suspects left in his 2012 Nissan Sentra.

The victim survived the shooting. Police said he walked about a mile through a wildlife recreation area before finding a group of houseboats and getting help.

Speaks was arrested on Nov. 30 after a standoff with a SWAT team at a Vancouver apartment.

Police found the stolen car on Dec. 4.

Godinez was taken to the Grandview Police Department jail. Police said he will be transferred to the Clark County Jail to face the charges against him.
