Police said the crash happened just after 5 a.m. just north of the Tacoma St. Bridge.
All northbound lanes and two southbound lanes of McLouglin were closed at first, but the southbound lanes were opened again around 6:40 a.m. The remaining lanes opened at 10 a.m.
