Sheriff: Wanted man, 68, in Corvette 'armed and dangerous'
EUGENE, Ore. - A 68-year-old man who threatened to kill his stalking victim and fled electronic surveillance may be headed back to Oregon in a red Corvette, the sheriff's office said.
Ronald Burbach should be considered armed and dangerous, the Lane County Sheriff's Office said.
Burbach is wanted for stalking and violation of a release agreement, the sheriff's office said.
He was on electronic surveillance when he fled Lane County, violating the terms of his release, the sheriff's office said.
The sheriff's office believes Burbach may be headed back to Oregon from Missouri. He was last reported driving a red Corvette with Oregon license plate 545 BZT.
Burbach is 5-foot-11, 175 pounds with grey hair and brown eyes. Earlier reports of his age as 78 were in error, the sheriff's office said.

High visibilty car. Now if they happened to have a picture of the actual year that would help even more. Put his car, license number and picture on some of the moving billboards. It just might get closer to him.

Well its a good thing that this man's stalking victim isn't from southern Oregon. Down here they do not take stalking protective orders serious. My stalker violated the order over 8 times this year and our district attorney's deputy DA said he would not file charges because he didn't feel that the element of fear was high enough. Oh my... what does a person have to do?piddle in my pants to show them how terrorized I feel?
On a positive note, they did supply me with a camera phone so I could take his picture should he find me and try to follow through with his threats to kill me. I am glad that his PO finally got involved and asked the courts to put him in prison. No thanks to MPD, they simply didn't give a damn. They did however ask for more federal funding to help fight this type of crime though. I can only pray that they didn't receive the monies as they refused to uphold the order.Â

Some people never learn and at 68 this guy is a lost cause. Catch him and lock him up for about 20 years. That should take care of the problem.
Hopefully they catch him before he hurts someone.
Wondering if he is responsible for the two missing girls in colorado and wyoming as he is driving through those states from Missouri to Oregon.Â
