MILWAUKIE, Ore. -- Six people Milwaukie were arrested by police early Thursday morning on methamphetamine charges.

At about 5 a.m., police from the Clackamas County Interagency SWAT and the Washington County TNT served search warrants at three apartments in the Stanford Apartments on Southeast Courtney Avenue. The search warrants were the result of an ongoing investigation being conducted by Clackamas County Special Investigations Unit (SIU) and Clackamas County Interagency Task Force (CCITF) investigators into the illegal methamphetamine drug trafficking organization.

Six people were arrested at the scene and lodged at the Clackamas County Jail for Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school (Oak Grove Elementary School).  Investigators seized methamphetamine, money and documents related to the investigation.

Five of the six arrested are also being detained by ICE officials.

The suspects and their charges are:

  • Juan Francisco Soria Rios, 33, is held on $50,000 bail and charged with conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school. There's also an ICE hold on him.
  • Ivan Jesus Fernandez-Fonseca, 28, is held on a $100,000 bail and charged with two counts of conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school.
  • Fredy Alexander Suarez-Inocencio, 22, is held on $50,000 bail and charged with conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school.
  • Carlos Ornelas, 31, is held on a $100,000 bail and charged with two counts of conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school. There's also an ICE hold on him.
  • Miriam Edith Gonzalez-Hernandez, 24, is held on a $50,000 bail and charged with one count of conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school.
  • Gabriel Garcia Correa, 26, is held on a $50,000 bail and charged with one count of conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school.

All six are scheduled for their first appearance in Clackamas County Circuit Court at 3 p.m. April 20.
