PENDLETON, Ore. — Oregon State Police have arrested a 31-year old Hermiston woman on a manslaughter warrant in a fatal, wrong-way freeway crash that killed a 66-year-old man last March.

The state police say Alicia Breckheimer was arrested Monday and booked into the Umatilla County Jail in Pendleton. She faces charges inclusing DUII, reckless driving and manslaughter.

Troopers say a Cadillac driven by Breckheimer was westbound on March 7 in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 82 near Hermiston when it collided with a Chrysler driven by Robert Henry Baker of Ione, Oregon.

Baker died at the scene.

Breckheimer was flown to a Portland hospital where she was treated and later released.
