Tips
Anyone with information is asked to send their tip to CrimeTips@PortlandOregon.gov.
i'm sure the network, er community, he is embedded within will be forthcoming with information on his whereabouts, lest they cast a shadow of criminal deceit and secrecy on an already stigmatized population.
The suspect is 5'-8, A giant for a Mexican. should be easy to find.
Just another day in the neighborhood...
What a lovely part of town
Shouldn't be difficult if they both knew each other. Unless the victim refuses to name the assailant. In that case, the victim can bloody well pay his own hospital bill.
@jpk I don't think that billing Medicaid is contingent upon the victim cooperating with police.
Probably not, but at least it would be some incentive for identifying the phantom stabber!
I hope they find the suspect and sort this mess out.
@DeaconBugg Wow, that was deep. You should post more often.
