Two arrested for witness tampering in fatal Vancouver hit-and-run
Police towed away this pickup truck with damage to its front end late Tuesday night. They believe it is the pickup involved in the hit-and-run crash that killed two women Sunday.

VANCOUVER, Wash. – Two people were arrested Friday night in connection with the hit-and-run that killed two people in Vancouver last Sunday.

Linda Smith, 63, was charged with two counts of witness tampering. Kalista Andino, 21, was charged with one count.

They were arrested at a home in the 2800 block of N.W. Madrona in Vancouver.

The crash killed 45-year-old Raisa Mosh and 28-year-old Irinia Gardinant.
