Two stabbed in SE Portland; police search for suspect

PORTLAND, Ore. – Police said a man and a woman were stabbed at a Southeast Portland home Saturday afternoon.

It happened at around 3:30 p.m. near Southeast 162nd Avenue and Stark.

Officers found a man and a woman stabbed when they arrived. They were taken to a hospital. Both are expected to survive, police said.

Police called a K-9 unit to help search for the suspect. He is described as a Hispanic man.

Police said the victims and the suspect knew each other.
