Two women arrested after Salem car chase, hit-and-run

SALEM, Ore. – Police arrested two women who they said led them on a chase through the Salem area and were involved in a hit-and-run crash Tuesday morning.
State police said it started at 12:15 a.m. with an attempted traffic stop near Interstate 5. The driver didn’t stop and led police and Marion County sheriff’s deputies on a chase through Salem and Keizer roads at around 80 mph, police said.
The car crashed into two vehicles at the intersection of Silverton Road NE and Fisher Road. Police said the driver continued past the crash scene, but eventually stopped.
Police arrested the driver and passenger, who were both wanted on outstanding warrants.
The driver, 29-year-old Rosalind Rae Garcia, was arrested on several charges, including DUII, possession of methamphetamine, attempting to elude, misdemeanor hit and run and driving with a suspended license.
The passenger, 30-year-old Lisa Dalila Alcaca, was arrested on a warrant for parole violation.
Police took them to the Marion County Jail.
Typical meth face
Faces of Walmart...
The one on the left looks like a guy in drag. Both of them have very hard expressions with a lot of hatred in their eyes. Â They seem like they spent their tender years in a very harsh environment that has molded them into harsh people.
Tender years spent on drugs not a bad home life @whirledworldÂ
First things first- cut off ALL thier Public Assistance - no public dime form committing crimes. Period. Sick of my $ going to support sleaze bags such as these ttwo.
I beg of you, PLEASE tell me that neither one of you has kids.Â
Â
Bad choices tend to create bad outcomes. The sooner both of you wake up to this slice of reality, the better for you, your communities, and the world in general.Â
Â
Thankfully, nothing but property was damaged by this demonstration of 'this is your brain on drugs'.Â
WOW! Another pair of fine upstanding citizens there..
Â
NOT!
 @Khre'Riov Ael i-Mhiessan t'Rllaillieu You assume they're legal?
@Nope So I'm supposed to assume everyone busted isn't?  Â
Yikes....that Rosalind looks like a poster for STD's :( I doubt anyone in prison would want to get within a foot of her much less, you know, get romantically hooked up with her. Eeeeewwwwwww.....disgusting. Had she even ever had a bath?
Rosalind looks like she could be a fantastic leader of a girl gang...at Coffee Creek.
Nice set of scabs you got there Rosalind.
 @RalphCramden the faces of meth
They just love to run, don't they !
These ladies are so young to be this messed up in life. Truly sad. I hope the victims who experienced damage to their vehicles from this car chase have good insurance because they'll never see a dime from these two. Meth has become such a scourge on our society.
@DeaconBugg Ladies? are you kidding, try slugs. Â
This is your Drugs on brain.
Prison might help her complexion.
@medborgare Yea, try and find a judge to lock them up.  She was already driving on a suspended licence.  Laws need to be changed to take away their cars when convicted and then put them in the slammer.
Lock them in a room with all the meth they want and let them self destruct. The cost of cremation is far less than the cost of the revolving door (in)justice system.
Nice tattoo Rosalind! Might as well add your booking number to your display ad.
@jpk good idea if they can find room around the meth scabs
I am surprised she didn't have her name tattooed backwards so she could tell who she was when she looked in the mirror. From the look of her face I am sure she gets that messed up.
Ah, the "beautiful" (NOT) face of meth... Ms Garcia sure looks older than 29... Â losers, both of them... what a waste..!
Yikes!
connect the dots
Possession of Metamphetamine? Rosalind Rae looks like she has a meth lab in her bedroom. Nice complexion Rosalind Rae......
Nice, girls. Isn't meth a trip?
