Vancouver man charged with plotting to kidnap ex
VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) - A 48-year-old Vancouver man has been charged in Clark County Superior Court with plotting to kidnap his ex-wife and asking someone to buy him a shotgun.
The Columbian reports court documents show witnesses say Stanley A. Gebarowski made statements that he wanted the shotgun to kill his ex-wife, Sherri L. Montgomery.
Gebarowski was charged Friday with criminal solicitation to commit kidnapping and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
Judge Barbara Johnson has ordered Gebarowski held without bail, pending a mental health evaluation at Western State Hospital to determine his competency.

It's best to take them on a romantic  cruise and try to work it out. If you can't reach amicable terms, throw them overboard!

I have a friend who is going through a nasty divorce.She's playing hardball,going for everything she can.I understand the rage but I can't understand spending life in prison.After watching my friend deal with this nightmare,my advise to people even at the time when they think that there is no way that they will ever divorce,is get a prenup.
 @noneofyourbizzness Prenup's aren't worth much.  The only way to avoid this (probable) possibility is to not get married in the first place, or at least marry a woman that makes more money than you do.

That makes me think that he truly IS nuts. My own (Older) sister and her ex get along pretty good, but they know they cannot live together anymore. Of course, it could be due to that she remarried....
