Woman trapped after car lands upside down in a ditch

VANCOUVER, Wash. - A woman was pulled from wreckage Friday morning after her car rolled several times and landed upside down in a ditch.
The crash happened just before 8 a.m. in the 17400 block of Northeast 182nd Avenue.
Firefighters with Clark County Fire District 3 had to use both a hydraulic spreader and cutter to get the driver out of the car.
The woman, who has not been identified, did not appear to have any life-threatening injuries.

I presume they weren't over age 60, because whenever someone over 60 gets in a wreck, they mention this fact in the article.
This wouldn't have happened if she'd stayed in the kitchen.
Driving ability is not gender related...
@Judalou You forgot the sarcasm tag.Â

@feral @Dr. Rawdog Don't forget racist & xenophobic.
And he doesn't recycle!
Another moron.
Could some of you please come up with a new set of snide remarks to try to make everything about gun control, bikes, sexual preference and politics in general? These same old comments are getting really old...
@eap Given the fact that she's probably a lesbian conservatard, it's surprising she didn't hit a bicyclist and plant a bullet in him to be sure.
Happy?
@eap Oh hush you white blob on a gray background, you.
She probably had to swerve to keep from hitting bicyclists in the middle of the road and lost control. I bet if she was gay she could sue someone for this! Its an outrage.

Haha, hilarious. You make this sound like the gun debate. Haha, I see what you did there. Very nice.
She probably took a call and found out her kid just failed drivers ed.
@axpman Along the same lines, the call was to inform her that her kid had just **passed the test 100%**! The shock nearly killed her.
As long as she was able to reply to that text, then all is good ;-)

@deejm2112 Not enough flips? Or should have landed back on her tires? Which part did she do wrong?
@Owt_Raged @deejm2112 What part of "driving" involves a ditch?
@axpman evidently you have never driven a tractor or a 4x4. Lots of driving involves a ditch. Â
But I have to agree with @randola , she didn't stick the landing.
@Owt_Raged @deejm2112 definitely didn't stick the landing.
@randola @Owt_Raged @deejm2112 That's really it, right there.
You don't get the points if you don't stick the landing.
If you walk away from it people can still pat you on the back and encourage you to try harder next time.
Sure looks like a straight stretch of road. How did the car, on its own volition, all by itself, roll several times? Tire failure? Icy road? Deer or pet running out on the street? Or cell phone usage? In any event, I hope she recovers without too great an injury.Â
@jpk Or it could be that she had to swerve to miss hitting all of those emergency vehicles in the roadway...
@HenryBowman Dang emergency workers.. always causing accidents!
@jpk You left out one possibility: She was distracted by that large, yellow orb in the sky...
@HenryBowman I've heard rumors of that orb. Not sure if it really exists though...
Yup! Definitely questionable in PoLand!

A car can flip even if it's going 5 MPH, so speed is irrelevant.
@Oregon7812 By that logic a car could flip without even moving.. sure I guess if you had a bunch of strong guys to flip it over or such.
All it takes is an alien tractor beam! That's not illegal alien, but alien like from outer space! LOL
@axpman @Oregon7812 I flipped a jeep at about .5 mph crawling up some boulders one time, but, you have to try pretty hard to actually -roll- a passenger vehicle on suburban pavement.
(We flipped the jeep back over and kept going. Awesome day.)
@Oregon7812 How does a car flip going 5 mph?
How is it "by that logic" that a stationary car could flip?
@Oregon7812Â I take it you weren't a physics major
