Zoo releases adorable otter pup video
A weigh-in and checkup has never looked so cute.
The Oregon Zoo released a short video on Friday of its new river otter pup Mo.
"He's looking chubby," a zoo staffer said in an email to news outlets.
In the video, Mo is seen sitting on an exam table as cameras click. At one point, the otter pup lets out a high-pitch squeal.

They're a riot to watch, and pretty common on the Columbia.
@Playanekes If you stand just west of the Crooked River Bridge north of Terrebonne and look down, there are usually tons of them and all I've ever been able to see is that they're playing.  Really cute.

@Dr. Rawdog  I'd NEVER do such a dastardly thing.  Not EVER.  That's what husbands are for.  Funny story -- a friend brought me a dead gopher a while back that he'd just 'euthanized' and I'm still ticked that I forgot to get a picture of it.  I got some other pics that day but alas they either didn't turn out or I accidentally zapped 'em.  =(  Â
