Meat violations land Gresham burger joint a low health score

GRESHAM, Ore. - Wichita's Puff's Pub in Gresham scored a 72 on their latest health inspection - just a few points from failing.

The problem?

The report stated that the restaurant was storing raw beef and deli meat together in the refrigerator, and they were in a pool of bloody liquid.

An inspector also found several large hunks of roast beef sitting in the temperature danger zone and in the back of the refrigerator, the condenser unit was leaking.

The manager says they have fixed the problems and hope to score better the next time around.
