Is defunct auto dealer selling cars from his driveway? Illegally?

But the man who shot the video said Edmonds told him the vehicles did not belong to him - that he was selling them on consignment for others. |

Dave Edmonds (pictured at right) is the former owner of Gresham's Auto Link. He was a consignment dealer who was raided by the state and closed down in October after at least 60 people filed complaints that he sold their vehicles and pocketed their money.
