TUALATIN, Ore. (AP) - Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue responded this weekend to a report of an overturned vehicle on Highway 26 near the Bethany exit.

When firefighters arrived, they found a pickup, an overturned trailer in the ditch and five lambs running along the hillside.

Firefighters and several motorists helped corral the wayward lambs. Despite heavy traffic, there were no injuries.

The authorities say a family had just bought the lambs for 4H and lost the trailer when it popped off the hitch and slid across all lanes of traffic before overturning.
