Twin mothers give birth the same day

AKRON, Ohio (AP) - Aiden and Donavyn didn't wait until New Year's Day to come screaming into the world, but the circumstances of their births are still pretty special: The babies were born about two hours apart to Ohio mothers who are identical twins.
The Akron Beacon Journal reports that the 19-year-old mothers - Aimee and Ashlee Nelson weren't raised to do things alike and did not plan the births to come at the same time. In fact, their due dates were about a week apart.
But Donavyn Scott Bratten was born just after noon on the last day of 2012. Aiden Lee Alan Dilts made his appearance at about 2 p.m.
They were delivered by the same doctor at Summa Akron City Hospital.

Oh those identical twins! All of them  can try and try to escape their "twinsy" destiny but it catches up with them sooner or later, in all kinds of ways such as this. The history books are full of such examples. Gotta love 'em for the quirkiness of it all.. I love it. Did you all notice they twin moms are sharing a big bed? So cute!

And he still made his tee time!
@Kushfan Dr. Beeper? "It's probably just a routine heart attack"
@Kushfan What are the odds...on it being a threesome???
I wonder who all those other kids are?
@RatchetRanger Someone has been double-dipping????????
And why are they all wearing RatchetRanger sweat shirts?
Â
Hhmm.
@Kushfan I withdraw the question, Your Honor...
@RatchetRanger  @Kushfan Aw, are you in the doghouse again? You got outta Kansas quick!
Man, you've been a busy bee.
@Kushfan Yeah, I'm on the same episode as the lesbians' sperm donor.
Will we be seeing you on Maury in the near future?
Do they get a two-for-one discount ?
I think this is a neat little quirky story. I wonder what the odds are for something like this....
@Just_one_opinion  I guess it depends if you mean mathematical odds, or Vegas odds. You'd probably get something like 250,000 - 1 odds on a bet. But this same thing happened a year ago in New York and I don't imagine that was the first time this little coincidence has popped up. Maybe some mathematician could help us out but I'm guessing the odds are really only a few hundred to one.
Hopefully another livable planet will be discovered soon.
@swimbad One in which apparently unwed teenagers do not have babies?
