CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — The Nevada Commission on Tourism has launched a new winter ad campaign it hopes will lure winter enthusiasts to northern Nevada and the ski slopes around Lake Tahoe.

The "Capture Your Heart" campaign shows two hands forming a heart and framing a winter scene looking over Lake Tahoe.

Lt. Gov. Brian Krolicki, chairman on the tourism commission, says the ad will run through January and targets winter enthusiasts who take at least one overnight ski or snowboard trip a year. Target cities include Los Angeles, Las Vegas, the Bay area, Dallas, Seattle, Chicago and Phoenix.

It will be delivered through television, print, Internet and mobile media outlets.
