RVers - are they really camping?

You see them everywhere these days - motorhomes, trailers, campers, conversion vans, tent trailers, fifth wheels.  Yep... a lot of folks are heading into the outdoors with a rig that will make their stay out in nature a comfortable one.  But does that fly in the face of the whole idea of camping?  Does 'roughing it' give you a truer experience?
