Live Stream: Watch Now: The second presidential debate
ABC News will stream the second debate between President Barack Obama and his challenger Mitt Romney starting at 6 p.m. Pacific Time. They will air a pre-debate show from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Watch below.
Probably a good thing Obama does well on the view, Letterman and with his teleprompters. Good practice for tonight.
Sure seems like B HO was walking all over the moderator.
Â
I wish the moderator had the ability to turn the mike off of either candidate when they kept going grossly overtime.
@kramr Romney showed a complete lack of respect for the moderator all night long.
@Ramsesthegreat  I was thinking B HO was worse especially towards the end
Well, at least Obama seemed to be awake and connected tonight..! Â Â Great improvement over the previous debate w/ Romney..! Â Â It made for a much more lively and interesting debate, but it didn't really change my perception of how good either one of them will be for our country... Â
Â
Â
What an ass obama is... CONTINUOUSLY interrupting. No manners. No respect.
 @Oh MyÂ
Oh sure, Romney can be a complete and total ass all he wants, but GOD FORBID if Obama is an ass a couple of times. -_-
@Oh My ~  Well, in all fairness, they were BOTH doing that... but I don't downgrade that, in and of itself... it's a pretty highly-charged event, after all... There were a lot of topics to be discussed in a very short period of time...
@Oh My yet all the times Romney interrupted and looked like an ass was completely acceptable?
@Ramsesthegreat .......maybe it was the altitude. Or George Bush !
oblahblah's foreign policy is a joke. So, you are saying that the You tube video from California started all the problems in Libya? Is that why you tried to trample freedom of speech? And when you could not do that, you suddenly change your story to it was a terrorist attack? Really?
looks like bho's fearthers are getting a little ruffled. seems romney is hitting a few nerves
@franksbeans Romney's doing a great job of making himself look like the ass CEO, who will say anything to get people to believe him, that he is.
@Ramsesthegreat .....I'm sure glad you're the only one that knows what the truth is (sarc button depressed vey hard)
@Rob C 503 Romney has flip-flopped more than John Kerry ever did during the 2004 election where he was denigrated format by the Republicans. Why do the Republicans cheer for Romney for doing the same exact thing now?
Did Jimmy Carter get an Obama mask and come to the debate?
Someone needs to stand up and ask the most important question that could be possibly be asked in this debate - 'do you like sausage or pepperoni on your pizza?'
oblahblah is neglecting to say that in the first 2 years of his administration, the democraps had control of both the house and senate, when he and the congress inflicted the most damage to this country.
I heard the same old lines from Obama that he gave us four years ago. No new ideas. No new strategy. Sure, we are not losing as many jobs each month, nor is the Titanic still sinking, it, like Obama's economy is resting on the bottom.
@last boyscout sorry, we're not losing ANY jobs each month, each month sees an average of over 100,000 new jobs created. I don't know how you consider job growth to be job loss?!
@Ramsesthegreat  @last Wait, wait. 100,000 new jobs created each month?? Doubtful at best. Care to name a few? The only reason the unemployment rate dropped from 8.1% to 7.8%, and rather suddenly at that, is that after oblahblah's beatdown in the first debate, the democraps were scrambling for any thing to make their poster child look good. And what better way than to cook the books on the unemployment rate.
@Ramsesthegreat Miscalculations? A rather quaint and polite term for cooking the books, right? So you are saying that for the last 4 years, the 8.1 - 8.2% chronic unemployment rate was miscalculated and the rate should be way lower? Have some more kool-aid. The democraps are desperate for anything that would make their poster child look good.
@theobserver because in excess of 120,000 jobs were created last month, as well as in excess of 200,000 more jobs were added to the original numbers of Aug and July due to miscalculations. I know it really hurt Republicans that unemployment dropped below 8%, but creating conspiracies is an asinine way of stating that it happened.
@Ramsesthegreat Then you explain how the rate dropped that fast in a week.
@theobserver @last please provide factual evidence to show that the unemployment rate was cooked. Otherwise I'll simply relegate you to the same level as Fox Noise and the tea baggers. Every expert, economist and many republicans have stated that its simply NOT TRUE that the numbers were cooked.
@Ramsesthegreat ???You say we are not losing any jobs each month? How many new filings for unemployment were there last week alone? 339 THOUSAND. That's only [one] week.Â
@last boyscout you realize you can work part time and claim unemployment, correct. I would wager a large majority of those claims are just for that reason, so blame the companies refusing to hire full time workers and instead hiring twice as many part timers rather than the president.
What happend to the 2-minute clock ?
Well, there you go then. The omnipotent messiah can not dazzle the people in the audience with his brilliance, so he has to baffle them with his BS. Once again, the democraps poster child is an abject failure.
@theobserver the only failure I see is the fact that Romney believes that people actually believe the crap and lies coming out of his mouth.
@Ramsesthegreat Isn't the First Amendment great?
John Kerry was ridiculed and degraded for flip-flopping during the 2004 election by the Republicans, now Romney is cheered by the same people for doing the same exact thing.
@theobserver I like how you find it acceptable for the presidential candidate to straight lie and change his stance on a whim to seem that he cares about this country. I ask you this, do you really believe that the man who made his entire $250,000,000 fortune outsourcing jobs to china, actually cares one bit about American jobs. BTW look up Massachusetts job creation record under Romney's term as govt, you'll find it was 1.4% and was ranked 47th out of 50 states during those 4 years.
