âLook like a manâ, well, yes, because she has actively proclaimed she is and has been a lesbian with nothing to hide. This prevalence was made a big deal of during elections.  Agree, like or not, she/he was elected we assume based on ability to do the work, not because she dresses and grooms her appearance to look male rather than female or was a highly promoted  âgayâ running for a public office?
