The Court of Appeals now has 10 members. The Legislature in 2012 added three. Kitzhaber announced the appointments Thursday.

- Douglas Tookey. He is a lawyer for the Legislature with overseas experience in a number of roles, such as in projects to develop legal systems and practices in Singapore and Kazakhstan.
