PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - The Portland Trail Blazers are part of the 2008 NBA Draft Lottery today.

The draft happens from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. ESPN will have live coverage.

Trail Blazers president Larry Miller and general manager Kevin Pritchard will represent the Trail Blazers at the 2008 NBA Draft Lottery.

There is a 96 percent chance the Trail Blazers will select 13th in next month's draft, and a less than a one percent chance they land the top overall pick, which they used to draft Greg Oden last year.

The Trail Blazers defied the odds to win the lottery last year, but the odds are longer this time around.
